The 68mm billet compressor wheel delivers enhanced airflow for superior throttle response and power gains (up to 700 HP with tuning and mods like larger injectors). The 70mm 10-blade turbine wheel optimizes exhaust flow, reducing exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) by up to 120°F under load for safer hot street performance and moderate towing.

The Powerstroke Hot Street 68/70 is tailored for street enthusiasts, offering much more power than the stock turbo with slightly slower spool-up (200-300 RPM slower than stock) thanks to variable geometry technology (VGT) which ensures seamless performance across all RPM ranges.  This turbo is perfect for daily driving on modified and tuned 6.0 Powerstroke trucks that still need to tow moderate loads.  Upgraded bearings and precision balance ensure durability under elevated boosted conditions.

Installation:

Drop-in ready for 2004-2007 models with no modifications needed. For 2003 models, minor modifications (oil line or mounting adjustments) may be required. Includes gasket and seal kit, no core charge.
