Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

To cancel, use the cancellation button on your order confirmation email or account page. You'll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

Restocking fee

If your order included special-order items — parts sourced or ordered specifically to fulfill your request — a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. We'll let you know if this applies to your order before processing the cancellation.

Already shipped?

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer available. You may still be eligible to return the item under our Returns Policy.
