 Borg Warner SX-E Drop-In Turbo Kit

Upgrade your 5.9L Cummins with the Borg Warner SX-E — a high-performance turbo built for faster spool, higher airflow, and greater durability. Featuring a Forge Milled Compressor Wheel (FMW) and a standard 360° thrust bearing, this turbo outperforms older SX3/4 models in every way.

 Key Features:

  • FMW compressor wheel (62mm / 63mm / 64.5mm options)

  • 68mm turbine wheel

  • Twin scroll .70/.80 A/R wastegated housing

  • Integrated speed sensor port

  • Adjustable housing orientation

  • 360° thrust bearing for extended durability

  • Preset wastegate at 50 PSI (customizable)

 Kit Includes:

  • 64.5 SX-E style turbo

  • 2-3/4" compressor elbow + clamp

  • HE351 turbine housing

  • Oil adapter & drain gaskets

  • T3 turbo/manifold gasket

  • Wastegate fooler

  • Power Driven Diesel decal

Turbo Options (Choose One):

  • S362 SX-E – Up to 620 HP

  • S363 SX-E – Up to 630 HP

  • S364 SX-E – Up to 660 HP

 Install Note:

Not originally a drop-in for 3rd-gen Cummins — but this custom kit bridges the gap. Drilling required for drain bolts; shorter manifold studs and 3/8"-16x1.25" bolts are needed. We recommend professional installation. NOTE: This kit is designed to fit with the stock intercooler piping and air filter set-up, we cannot guarantee fitment if you have aftermarket parts/versions
