Power Driven P-Pump Timing Kit — 1994–1998 5.9L 12v Cummins & 4BT P7100
Traditional P-pump timing with a dial gauge is slow, fiddly, and easy to get wrong. The Power Driven P-Pump Timing Kit replaces that process with a magnetic degree wheel and a dedicated timing gear puller — faster, more accurate, and straightforward enough that anyone with basic mechanical skills can do it themselves. We use this method in-house on every engine we time.

Build Your Kit — Optional Add-Ons
At checkout you can add either or both of the following upgrades:
- Locking Washer (+$30) — Locks the injection pump in position after timing, preventing the pump from walking out of adjustment over time. Recommended for any truck that sees performance use or regular timing adjustments.
- PDD Nylon Timing Pin (+$30) — Replaces the factory steel timing pin with a nylon version that won’t damage the flywheel if accidentally left in. A simple but important safety upgrade, especially if you’re timing the engine solo.
Both add-ons together = $50 over the base kit price.
