Power Driven Machined 12v T3 3-Piece Exhaust Manifold — 1989–1998 12v Cummins

A warped or cracked exhaust manifold is one of the most common failure points on a high-mileage or modified 12v Cummins. Exhaust leaks kill EGTs, rob turbo spool, and eventually crack further under heat cycling. The Power Driven machined 3-piece T3 manifold replaces your factory unit with a performance piece built for oval-port 12v heads — larger ports improve exhaust flow and drop EGTs by approximately 50°F compared to the stock manifold.

The 3-piece design accommodates thermal expansion without cracking, making it significantly more durable than a single-piece cast manifold under the heat cycles of a performance or towing application.

Coated vs. Uncoated — Which to Choose

• Uncoated ($480) — Raw finish. Good for builds where the manifold will be wrapped, ceramic coated locally, or where appearance isn’t a priority.
• Coated ($580) — High-temperature coating applied at the factory. Reduces radiated heat in the engine bay, improves corrosion resistance, and extends the life of the finish. Recommended for most builds.
