How to Choose Your Variant

Dowel Size (20mm vs 18mm): This refers to the head bolt dowel size in your block.

• 20mm — 2003.5–2007 6.0L Powerstroke (most common)
• 18mm — Some early 2003 6.0L Powerstroke trucks. If unsure, check your existing head bolts or consult your build sheet.

Gasket Option (Stock vs O-Ring):

• Stock — Standard head gasket sealing, suitable for stock or mildly modified engines
• O-Ring — Recommended for tuned trucks, head stud applications, or heavy towing. Provides maximum head gasket sealing and is worth the upgrade on any modified 6.0L.

Power Driven Diesel Stock Plus 6.0L Powerstroke Cylinder Head starts with a new upgraded high nickel casting with a thicker fire deck that reduces flexing and blown head gaskets. We utilize our modern Rottler equipment to finish machine each head to meet and/or exceed factory specifications. All heads come standard with 32 hardened valve seats finished with a multi-angle valve job for optimal flow and reliable valve seal. New heads are surfaced, cleaned, assembled, pressure tested, and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive ready for installation. The Stock Plus head is great for both daily drivers and towing applications. We recommend the O-ring upgrade for maximum head gasket seal, especially for tuned trucks or heavy duty hauling applications with head studs.
