This HE351 Downpipe Exhaust V-Band Flange and Clamp Kit (with a 3.5"round outlet) fits most Cummins 24v common rail HE351 turbo exhaust outlet flanges. 

It has a 4.4″ total flange diameter and comes with a clamp made in the USA. Its mild steel flange is CNC machined in-house.

Notes: Available in 3″, 3.5″ and 4″ round outlets. Does not fit HE351 turbos with flange sizes other than 4.4″ total diameter.
