Eliminate the interference in the throttle position sensor in your 1994-2004 Dodge 5.9L diesel with the BD Diesel 1300030 APPS Noise Isolator. Interference in the throttle position sensor circuits (a.k.a. the accelerator pedal position sensor or APPS) on 94-04 Dodge Cummins engines will create false voltage readings in the APPS circuit and cause the torque converter lock-up to rapidly cycle on and off as you drive. This quick and easy fix removes the annoying and potentially harmful RF interference.
