Improve the flow area up to 65% over the stock boost tubes in your 2010-2012 Ram 6.7L Diesel with the Banks Power 25998 Boost Tube Upgrade Kit. The factory Intercooler tubes consist of a 2.75" metal hot side tube and a 3" plastic cold side tube. The Banks Boost Tubes are manufactured from high-quality aluminized steel that is mandrel bent so that they are a constant 3.5″ diameter. This allows for a quicker turbo spool and retention of boost pressure (increases density) between the turbocharger, intercooler, and intake resulting in massive horsepower. These boost tubes are coated in a red powder coat that stops at each end of the tubes to allow for a better holding surface for the 4- and 5-ply heavy-duty high-temperature silicone couplers. These boots along with the spring-loaded constant tension clamps maintain a stronger grip to prevent leaks or blown boots under high boost. The Banks boost tubes are designed to work with the factory inlet elbow or Banks Monster-Ram (3.5" or 4") and the stock or aftermarket intercooler with stock inlet and outlet size and location.
