With Demand Flow Technology, an adjustable regulator, and enhanced air/vapor separation, this system is built to give your diesel truck cleaner fuel, smoother performance, and longer component life.

How It Works

The AirDog II-4G is designed to exceed the flow and pressure requirements of your engine. It begins by drawing fuel under vacuum from the fuel tank, which may contain harmful contaminants such as:

• Entrained air/vapor

• Particulates

• Water

The multi-stage filtration and separation process includes:

1. Water Separator – Removes large particulates and water before fuel enters the pump.

2. Gerotor Pump – A low-noise, high-efficiency pump pressurizes the fuel for delivery.

3. Fuel Filter – Traps fine particulates and separates remaining air/vapor.

4. Air/Vapor Discharge – Clean fuel flows to the engine, while separated air and vapor are routed back to the tank.

This continuous loop ensures only pure, pressurized diesel fuel reaches the injectors, eliminating issues caused by contaminated or aerated fuel.
