The EPC Solenoid {Electronic Pressure Control} part# 136431A-S2 controls Mainline Pressure for all Clutches in the Transmission. Step 1 to Building Performance 5R110!!! Step 2 is the Direct solenoid {Controls Direct Drum Clutches} part#136422A-S2!!! MTS recommends replacing both solenoid as they work together to fix/ strengthen the 5R110 Transmission!!! The 5R110 transmission is a completely electronically contolled unit. The only valve in the valve body is the manual valve. Must be used with Stock Pressure Regulator Valve, or Sonnax Oversized Pressure Regulator Valve in Pump Only!
