An economical option for building your own 24V Cummins injectors. Each set includes new sealing washers, drain manifold washers, and dust seals. Proven across daily drivers, work trucks, and dedicated competition builds.

How to Choose Your Nozzle

6-Hole vs. 7-Hole

• 7-hole (most common): Finer spray, better atomization at low RPM, best choice for most 24V street and tow applications. Recommended unless you're running high boost at high RPM.
• 6-hole: Deeper fuel penetration, better burn efficiency above ~2,000–3,000 RPM under high boost. Better for dedicated competition or high-boost builds.

SAC vs. VCO

• VCO (Valve Covered Orifice): Cleaner combustion, less smoke at idle, better for street use.
• SAC (Sac Volume): More aggressive spray, common in performance builds.

Spray Angle

• Stock pistons: 153° is the most common and best all-around choice for 24V trucks.
• 150°–155° all work well — match to your piston bowl for optimal results.

Quick Selection Guide

• Street/tow, stock pistons: 7x0.009 153° VCO or 7x0.00825 153° VCO
• Mild performance: 7x0.010 or 7x0.012 150° SAC
• High boost/competition: 6x0.012 or 6x0.014 SAC
